Kenilworth Middle is a Postive Behavior Support Campus!
Kenilworth Middle School, built in 1973, is in an upper middle class neighborhood. The sixty-two professional staff members have an average of fifteen years experience and more than 25 hold advanced degrees. Eighteen different nationalities are represented by the 650 culturally and economically diverse students.
In addition to traditional classes, the school provides special-needs programs for special education, over-age students, and English as a Second Language students. Taylor, Porter, Brooks & Phillips, Dominos, Matherne's, St. John United Methodist Church, and the Kenilworth Civic Association are active partners in education with the Kenilworth Middle staff and the Parent Faculty Association.
School Improvement
The school improvement plan assesses the school's strengths and weaknesses, implements strategies and activities to address the school's needs, and continually evaluates the school's progress toward achieving its objectives and meeting its goals.
